We, at Draft n Craft, are delighted to share that Richa Kaura has been selected as our Employee of the Year- 2014.
Ms. Kaura skillfully organizes in order to plan for our projects and increase productivity. She possesses good leadership skills, fine judgment and the ability to work well under pressure. She very diligently prepares deposition summaries, medical record digests, drafts template based documents and creates and maintains contracts database. Through ongoing coaching, daily monitoring and periodic evaluation of her team, she strives to improve performance and maintain quality for us. Ms. Kaura has proved to be a great supervisor for Draft n Craft having a positive impact on the morale of the legal assistants.
