Draft n Craft Legal Outsourcing wins the election for Central Governing Council of Services Export Promotion Council
Draft n Craft Legal Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. has won the elections for Central Governing Council (Legal Services) of Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) – 2021 – 2023.
SEPC, set up by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India performs its mandated functions in export promotion under the guidance of the Central Governing Council headed by its Chairman.
The Central Governing Council (CGC) constitutes of elected sectoral representatives from the services industry. Draft n Craft Legal Outsourcing, under the leadership of Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Owner will now represent the legal services sector in the CGC.
The CGC’s responsibilities include encouraging and monitoring the observance of international standards and specifications by exporters and keeping abreast of the trends and opportunities in international markets for services and assist members in taking advantage of such opportunities to expand and diversify exports.

SEPC has been instrumental in promoting the efforts of the Indian service exporting community. It organizes a large number of promotional activities such as buyer-seller meets (BSM) – both in India and abroad, overseas trade fairs/exhibitions, and India pavilion/information booths in selected overseas exhibitions to demonstrate the capabilities of the Indian Services Industry.
