Discovery Responses for a Commercial Dispute Case
An attorney from a small Georgia law firm approached Draft n Craft to get support on discovery drafting services. The attorney’s paralegal had overburdened with work and was having a hard time juggling between deadlines and attending to clients.
After discussing the scope of the project with the Subject Matter Expert (SME), we took on a project to connect with the end client on the attorney’s behalf and collect all the required documents and answers required to respond to the discovery requests. We then went ahead to finalize the same and share it with the attorney for his review. This was back in 2015 and since then there has been no turning back. We have been assisting the client as an additional paralegal support.
