Supporting an underwriter company for attending physician statement (APS) Summary Support
One of our recent clients, an underwriter company wanted to hire a team of doctors and paramedics who could support their in-house team with quick and cost-effective support solutions by providing easy to read, Attending Physician Statement (APS) Summaries. Their concerns were related primarily to have quick turnaround of cases.
Team Draft n Craft, understood the requirements of the client, their existing summary pattern, risk identifiers etc. and drafted a protocol to follow. With an experienced team of doctors and paramedical staff already onboard, Draft n Craft was able to quickly adapt to the requirements of the client. We worked out a ramp up plan that was workable for both the client and us and managed a growing workload.
The client has been with us since 2021.
