Draft n Craft turns 14 – Another year gone; a lot of lessons learnt
We have turned 14. Another year has gone and probably one of the most challenging ones because last year when everything was changing globally, we had not thought that we would have to continue that way for this long. It looked like a temporary phase then, but things continued. If we look back at 2008 when we started, no one had imagined that after settling into the industry, there would be a time, where we would have to start again but differently this time. We had been into the business of virtual support but never imagined a time where even internal office meetings would go virtual.
“When the going gets tough, the tough get going.”
We boast an impressive mix of experienced people in all our working departments. When everyone around the world was trying to cope up with the pandemic, our team members were not exceptions either. Despite struggling with personal traumas, our team had shown a great degree of grit and determination and continued with our support for our clients with full dedication.
“There is always light at the end of the tunnel”
Despite working in a 100% virtual setup, we kept the trust of our clients intact, not only this, but we also gained many new ones too. Virtualisation taught us new things, made us more versatile, and motivated us to look for new avenues, new opportunities and new ways to improve our offerings for our clients.
“A stitch in time saves nine”
After going through all what had happened, we came out better, stronger, smarter and more equipped than before. We can’t say that nothing of this sort would happen again, but what we are sure of is, that we will face any challenge that comes our way and come out as winners together.
