Draft n Craft to be the Support Partner for the Indo–U.S. Legal Conference, to be held in New York, USA
Draft n Craft will participate as a Support Partner at the Indo–U.S. Legal Conference on Investments & Dispute Resolution, to be held at the Consulate General of India in New York. Organized by the India International Arbitration Centre (IIAC), India’s statutory institution for institutional arbitration, the conference will bring together leading legal professionals from India and the United States to strengthen dialogue on international arbitration, investment, and cross-border dispute resolution.

Serving as the Support Partner, Draft n Craft will contribute to discussions on technology-driven, efficient dispute resolution mechanisms and cross-border legal collaboration. Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Founder of Draft n Craft, will moderate the flagship panel “Cross-Border Transactions & Disputes: India & the U.S.” featuring Atul Sharma (Dentons Link Legal) and Eileen Breslin (gunnercooke US LLP).
