BCI - Bar Council of India has recently issued rules allowing #foreign lawyers and #lawfirms to practice law in India. The Registration and Regulation of Foreign Lawyers and Foreign Law Firms in India Rules, 2020, were introduced in order to bring in more foreign investment in the #legalsector and to allow for more cross-border legal work.
