Paralegal & Legal Assistant Support — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the “Pay As You Need” prepaid paralegal and legal assistant support service provided by Draft n Craft. By purchasing a block of hours, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
We provide on-demand paralegal and legal assistant support to licensed attorneys on a prepaid, hourly basis. Services may include legal research, document drafting, case file organization, correspondence, and other paralegal tasks as mentioned on the website and agreed between the parties.
We do not provide legal advice and do not establish an attorney-client relationship with your clients.
Hours are purchased in advance in the packages available at the time of your order. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All purchases are confirmed via email once payment is received.
After your purchase is confirmed, the assigned Project Manager from our team will contact you within 1 business day to understand your requirements and get started. Your assigned Project Manager will provide you with complete project updates and hour usage reports and will remain available to assist you during U.S. business hours.
Purchased hours are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any hours not used within this period will expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You will receive a reminder before your hours are about to expire so you can make the most of your balance.
You can top up your balance at any time by purchasing an additional block of hours. Each new purchase carries its own 30-day validity period from the date that purchase is made.
Given the prepaid nature of this service, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if we are unable to commence services within 5 business days of your purchase, you may request a full refund for unused hours.
The scope of each task will be agreed upon before work begins. We will provide an estimate of the hours required for your task. If a task is likely to exceed the estimate, we will notify you before proceeding.

Our liability to you is limited to the value of the hours purchased and unused at the time of any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect from the date of your next purchase. We encourage you to review the Terms before each purchase.
