Ipsita Mahato started her career with Draft n Craft in 2012 and has solely been concentrating on the legal projects outsourced to the company. Having done LLB from Delhi University and gaining vast experience in litigation support services such as research and drafting, contract management, Ms. Mahato has been heading her team as the Senior Manager – Legal Solutions.
With her deep domain knowledge, she is an expert in the litigation support services offered by the company. She has also been regularly working on contract review and drafting of non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, sale and purchase, and related agreements. Her comprehensiveness, analytical skills, and dedication have earned her a position where she has been able to make her team deliver the best of the results. She is adept at keeping her cool under pressure and manages her time effectively. She is further actively involved in the conversation with clients to get a better insight into cases and related issues, if and when required.
