(e) Having an urge to grow in the LPO sector
(f) Capable to adapt according to the requirements of the client.
(g) Having strong analytical skills and ability to carry on different jobs in a time bound manner.
(h) Prepared to assimilate in group working.
Of course these are only some of the qualities looked by the LPO service providers, in lawyers willing to join them. The most important requirement in a lawyer is the capability to provide high qualitative work in a confidential manner with commitments to the employer.

Lawyers having professional experience in information technology are most preferred part of the LPO service providers. The professionals like Accountants, Company Secretaries and Management Graduates are also joining the main stream of LPO growth.
