very mandatory through our HR outsourcers to add an aptitude test, a telephonic
interview and finally a face to face interview for all our recruitments. This
is one of our ways for ensuring quality even at the grassroots. All fresh
Recruits are given two months training in order to merge them with our system.
In past, we had recruited qualified candidates only on the basis of their
experience, but now the management is also looking forward to intake fresh
graduates and post graduates as trainees and apprentices. We also provide
