Mr. Rakesh K Sharma, CEO & Managing Director

Having gained knowledge, expertise and experience in the legal industry, Mr. Sharma ventured in to the LPO industry by establishing Draft n Craft in 2008.  He is the driving force behind the company and looks after its business strategies and financial planning with utmost expertise, gained through more than twenty years of professional experience in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and other tribunals as a leading lawyer. As a man of high values and strong ethics, he is immensely respected throughout the LPO industry for propelling his firm to the top most position within a short span of time.

Mr. Sharma has authored several well-read articles and continues to regularly write for a variety of legal blogs. He has contributed to the growth of the LPO industry with his regular participation in a variety of related seminars and workshops throughout India. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Law Society of the UK and the Birmingham Law Society.

Ms. Anjali Pahwa, Vice President-Legal

In the capacity of Vice President, Anjali oversees the working in all departments and is actively involved in the decision making.  She consults with law firms on meeting their objectives through outsourcing legal and paralegal services in a cost effective and efficient way.   Having graduated from a top law school in India, she further went to UK to complete her Masters in Law from University of Leeds in order to broaden her horizon and gain international experience.  Her sharp intellect, logical reasoning and analytical skills along with her unparalleled domestic and offshore outsourcing experience has been an asset to the company. She is the primary offshore contact for the clients.  She has an expertise in liaising with clients and produce top-tier results in services such as document review, contracts related solutions, litigation support and others paralegal services. A regular participant in International conferences and webinars, she has been representing the company globally.

Ms. Rajni Minhas, Operations Head-Legal

Rajni oversees and manages the operations of services in Draft n Craft.  She joined the team in 2008 and has since played a significant role in the expansion of the operations in Draft n Craft.   A lawyer with years of experience in the industry, she brings to the company her sound knowledge and expertise in a wide variety of legal services. Prior to joining Draft n Craft, Rajni was actively handling immigration matters for a UK (Birmingham) based law firm and was a litigator in the courts of India.  She has constantly delivered her best throughout her association with the Company.   Her unvarying drive to perfection ensures that the desired blend of quality, scalability, and efficiency is maintained in all the services.  She frequently holds webinars and gives best practices for different service lines like deposition summarization, legal research and others.

Operations Team at Draft n Craft includes graduates from top colleges in India and abroad.  All the team members are highly qualified and are well experienced in different services. The IT Team is the backbone of the company.  They develop and maintain state-of-the-art technology platforms and apply the most advanced IT solutions to our operations. IT Team is skilled in database development, business/systems analysis, web design and development, and tracking of projects, issues and resolutions through development of technology applications.
